Dhananjay Mokashi

The office is on the 2nd floor of Millennium Plaza, right on Fergusson College Road in Pune. If you know FC Road, you know how crowded and loud it can get with all the students and shoppers. Millennium Plaza is one of those buildings that has been there for years. Dhananjay Mokashi operates from here. It’s a good spot because everything is close by, but the traffic can be a real headache if you are trying to park. The office itself is quite functional. We have some wooden cabinets and a few chairs for visitors. From the window, you can see the people walking down the street below. It’s a very different vibe once you step inside from the noisy road. It’s quieter and feels more professional. There is always a stack of papers or files that needs attention. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or working at the desk. The stairs in the plaza are a bit narrow, so most people take the lift. We’ve seen the shops on FC Road change many times, but this office stays pretty much the same. It’s a simple space without any of the modern bells and whistles. We get our tea from a guy who brings it around in a kettle. It’s just a regular workplace in one of the busiest parts of Pune. We are here most days from morning until early evening, just keeping things moving.
