Health Insurance

Our office is at number 424 in Hingne Khurd, right off the Sinhagad Road. It’s a small place, mostly just some desks and a lot of filing cabinets for all the paperwork we have to keep track of. People come in when they're confused about their policies or when they need to file a claim because something happened. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s important for the families around here. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the insurance companies, trying to get answers for our clients. Sometimes the lines are busy and we have to wait, which can be frustrating. We have a few chairs in the front for people to sit while we look up their details on the computer. The computer is a bit old and takes a while to boot up in the morning. We try to keep things simple and explain the documents in plain words because the fine print is always so hard to read. Sinhagad Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise from the scooters outside. We’ve been in this same spot for quite a few years now. It’s just us helping people navigate the insurance stuff so they don't have to deal with it all by themselves. We keep the office open pretty late most days, especially when there are a lot of people needing help at the end of the month.
