Yogesh Bhandare Private Limited

We are over here at Nawale IT Zone in Pune. Yogesh Bhandare Private Limited is on the fourth floor of Phase II. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is slow, but usually it’s okay. We’ve been at S No 512A/2 for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get things done. Most of us live nearby or commute from different parts of Pune, so the traffic is always a topic of conversation in the morning. We started this because there was a need for it, and we just kept going. It’s pretty quiet on this floor most days, which helps when you need to focus on work. Sometimes we go downstairs for tea or just to stretch our legs. There are a few other companies in the building, so you see the same faces around. It feels like a regular workplace where everyone knows their job. We don’t have those fancy lounge areas you see in movies, just desks and computers and a small pantry for lunch. Pune weather is nice usually, except when it pours and the roads get messy. We just show up every day and do what needs to be handled. It’s been a journey setting this up and getting everything registered as a private limited company. There isn't much more to say really. We are just a group of people working out of this spot in Phase II, trying to keep things moving along.
