I have my office at 43 Somwar Peth. It is an old building and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it has been my base for a long time. Somwar Peth is one of those places that feels like the heart of the city. There is always a lot of activity outside on the street. My space is just a simple room where I handle my daily tasks. It isn't decorated with anything fancy, just the essentials like a desk, a couple of chairs, and my files. I usually start my day early before the area gets too loud. People know me by name around here. I don't use any big words or complicated processes. If someone needs something done, they just come in and we talk it over. Sometimes the electricity cuts out for a bit, so we just sit and wait or talk until it comes back. It's not a big company with many departments. It is just me, Yogesh Agarwal, handling the work that comes my way. I've seen the neighborhood change over the years, but my office stays pretty much the same. I prefer it that way. It's practical and it serves the purpose. I don't see the need for a lot of flash or expensive furniture. As long as the work is moving along and the people are satisfied, I am happy. It’s a quiet way of doing business in a busy part of town. I usually lock up around six and walk home through the local market area.
