Ylem Softwares Private Limited

We are located out toward Yewalewadi, specifically in The Lake District. Our spot is FLC41102, near Bapdev Ghat. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main city, but the air is a lot clearer out here. Ylem Softwares Private Limited isn't some massive tech giant with a glass building. We just have this space where we sit and get our coding and software tasks done. The building is fairly new, and we’re still getting used to some of the quirks of the place. On clear days, you can see the hills nearby, which is a nice break from looking at screens all day. We keep it simple inside. Just desks, computers, and a small area for lunch. We don't have a reception desk or anything like that because it’s usually just us working. Sometimes the internet acts up when the weather is bad, but we manage. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just do our jobs and go home. Most of us bring our own lunch boxes and eat together while talking about whatever is on the news. It’s a quiet life at the office. We chose this location because it was away from the chaos of central Pune. It can be a long commute for some, but once we’re here, we focus on the work at hand. It’s just a normal bunch of people trying to do a good job. We keep a few spare cables and old monitors in the corner.
