Yenware Vadapau

We are over in Kothrud Jawahar Nagar. Most days start early here because people want their food before they head off to work. It gets pretty busy around the counter in the mornings. Yenware Vadapau is just what we do every single day. Sometimes it gets really hot in the kitchen with the stoves going. We see the same faces coming by most days. It is a small spot. There is not much room for sitting down, but that is just how it goes with a shop like this. People stop their bikes, grab something to eat, and leave. We’ve been at this address for a long time now. Some days are slower than others, and that is okay. Rain makes things a bit messy on the street outside. We just keep the stove going and serve whoever shows up. It is a simple setup really. No fancy chairs or decorations. Just the food and the paper it is served on. Kothrud feels like a very busy place lately. There is always noise from the traffic. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait around for too long. It is not always perfect. Sometimes we run out of things if a big crowd comes through. That is just part of running a shop in Jawahar Nagar. We see kids after school and older folks too. It is a regular day for us. We just stay open until we are done. If you walk past, you will see us.
