Pizza Papa Johns

We are located in the 411 032 area of Pune. It is a pretty lively neighborhood with a lot of people coming and going at all hours. Our shop is where we spend the whole day. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the smell of the dough and the sauce. We have the big ovens running and they put out a lot of heat, so it stays pretty warm in the kitchen area. The staff is always busy prepping toppings or boxing up orders. We have a few delivery bikes parked outside and the riders are constantly heading out to different parts of the city. It’s a fast-paced kind of job. We don’t have much time for sitting around. The counter is usually busy with customers picking up their food or people just asking for directions. We use a lot of flour every day and you can usually see a bit of it on our aprons. The 032 area code covers a lot of ground so we see all kinds of people from the nearby offices and houses. It’s a simple business. We make the food, we pack it, and we send it out. There isn't anything fancy about the way we work. We just try to keep the ovens at the right temperature and make sure the orders don't get mixed up. It gets really hectic on the weekends when everyone wants to eat at the same time.
