Our place is located at Plot 76A, Line 1B, in the Sanket Vihar area of Sai Nagar. It’s out in Gahunj, which is part of the Haveli area in Pune. Being a bit further out from the main city center makes it a little quieter, which we actually prefer for the kind of work we do at Yellow Matrix Private Limited. We don't have a glass office or a fancy sign out front. It’s more of a local setup where we can focus on our projects without too much distraction. We deal with various technical things and try to keep our processes simple. There are no big mission statements hanging on the walls here. We just have our desks, our computers, and a small area to make tea. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a big plus in Pune these days. We’ve been in Maharashtra for a long time and understand how people like to do business here—no fuss, just results. We spend our mornings planning and our afternoons actually doing the work. It’s a steady pace that suits us well. Sometimes we have to deal with the typical local issues like power cuts or dusty roads, but we have our backups ready and just keep going. It’s a practical, everyday kind of office for real work. We don't try to impress anyone with big words, we just let our work speak for itself at the end of the day.
