Yardi Indai Software Pvt.Ltd. is located at Flat 7 in the Awadhut Pooram Apartments. We are at 115 Shukrawar Peth in the city of Pune. This is one of the older and more traditional parts of the city. We are situated near the Badami Haud, which is a well-known landmark for anyone who has lived in Pune for a while. Being in Shukrawar Peth means there is always something happening right outside the door. The streets are narrow and usually filled with people, bikes, and delivery vans. Our office is in a residential apartment building, so it does not feel like a big corporate office at all. It feels more like a home that has been turned into a place of work. We have a few rooms where we have set up our computers and desks. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we make it work. The building itself has that old Pune charm that you don't see in the new suburbs. You have to navigate through a lot of local traffic to get here, which can be a bit of a challenge in the late afternoons. We have been here for a long time and the neighbors are all familiar faces. We do not do any advertising or anything like that. We just show up, do the software work, and go about our day. It is a very local way to run things.
