Xpros (India) Ltd

Xpros is situated at 399 Koregaon Bhima. This is an industrial area outside the main city, so it’s a bit of a drive to get out here. We have a fairly large facility because the work we do needs plenty of floor space. Most of the people working here live in the nearby villages or commute in from the outskirts. The atmosphere is purely industrial. There are no fancy parks or glass buildings around us, just other factories and warehouses. Inside our walls, it is usually a hum of activity from morning to night. We have machines running and people moving parts from one station to another. It gets quite hot during the summer months, but that is just part of working in Koregaon Bhima. We don't put much stock in appearances; we care more about whether the equipment is working like it should be. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting outside in the shade if there is a breeze. We have been at this location for a good while, and the routine is pretty set by now. We deal with various industrial processes, and it’s mostly about sticking to the schedule and getting things done. It is not the most glamorous job in the world, but it is steady and keeps us busy. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us; we are just the folks who show up and do the manufacturing work.
