Xnesa Solutions Private Limited is tucked away in Vadgaon Bk, right behind the Abhiruchi Mall on Sinhgad Road. We are in unit 202 of Radhanagari Phase-3. Being near the mall is handy for lunch or when we need to grab something quickly from the shops. Sinhgad Road is always packed with traffic, so we have to plan our timings around that daily rush. Our office is a modest space on the second floor. We are a private limited company and we have been operating from this Pune location for a while now. It’s a residential and commercial mix around here, so it feels quite lived-in and comfortable. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a bunch of managers running around. It’s just us doing the work that needs to be done. Some days are busier than others. We handle our tasks as they come in and try not to get too stressed when things pile up on our desks. The 411041 area is a place we know well. We have grown used to the sounds of the city and the neighbors in the building. Our setup is pretty basic, just desks, chairs, and our computer equipment. We don't see the need for anything more than that to get the job finished properly. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just show up every day and put in the hours. That is how we do things.
