Xmetric Solution Pvt Ltd operates out of Karve Road, using units 12, 13, and 14 on P Dmello Road. Having three units makes things a bit easier for us to spread out, though we still manage to fill up every inch with papers and equipment. Karve Road is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. We are a team that just focuses on finding solutions for the tasks we get. There isn't a lot of polish to our office. We have mismatched chairs and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. But it’s where we work, and it works for us. Xmetric Solution Pvt Ltd isn't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate image. We are just real people who show up every day to do our jobs. Sometimes we get a bit stressed when deadlines approach, but we usually just put our heads down and get through it. The location on P Dmello Road is convenient for most of us to commute to. We’ve been here long enough that the local chai wallah knows exactly how we like our tea. We don't have any grand speeches about our goals. We just want to keep the business going and provide for our families. It’s a standard office setup where work happens and problems get solved. We like the practical nature of our setup here and we just stay focused on our work.
