Xebec Digital

Being located at Market Yard 20 means Xebec Digital is right in the thick of the local trade. It is a noisy, vibrant place to be. You can hear the auctions and the loaders all day long. Our office is a bit of a refuge from all that noise, though it still seeps in through the windows. We do digital work, which feels a bit strange sometimes considering we are surrounded by people selling vegetables and grain. We have a few computers, a slow printer, and a couch that is quite lumpy but good for a quick nap. The team is small, just three or four of us on most days. We don't have a set schedule really. As long as the work gets done, nobody cares what time you show up or leave. We talk a lot about movies and food while we work. It helps pass the time when we are doing repetitive tasks. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. Most of our clients are people from the same area who just heard about us from someone else. We keep our prices fair and our explanations simple. If something is going to take a week, we say it will take a week. We don't like making promises we can't keep. It is a very practical way to run a business and it keeps our stress levels relatively low. We just keep plugging away at it day by day and hope for the best.
