X Istech Pvt Ltd is located over in Deccan Gymkhana, right on Muthyalamma Kovil Street. It is a busy part of town, so there is always something happening outside the windows. We have been here for a bit now, just a small group of people working on tech stuff. We do not have any flashy signs or a big lobby with a coffee machine. Usually, someone brings in a thermos from home or we go out to the local stalls. The office is just a regular room with a few computers and some messy cables that we always mean to organize but never quite get to. We focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to keep things simple. It is not always easy, especially when the power goes out or the software starts acting weird, but we figure it out eventually. We are not interested in sounding like those big firms you see in the city center. We are just local workers. People in the area know us as the quiet lot who are always staring at screens. Sometimes we take a walk around the street just to get some fresh air. It is a good location because everything is close by. We do not really have a hierarchy here. Everyone just does what they are good at. It is a practical way to spend the day and we like it that way. There is no drama, just work.
