Working With Manufacturing Company As Technical Support Sales

I work over at Working With Manufacturing Company As Technical Support Sales. Our spot is Near Bhojne Hospital in Sambhaji Nagar, right on Waghapur Road in Yavatmal. It's a bit of a specific location. Most people know the hospital, so it’s easy to find us. My job is a mix of two different worlds. One minute I'm talking to a customer about why they should buy a certain piece of equipment, and the next minute I'm trying to explain how to fix it when it stops working. It’s not always easy to switch gears like that. The office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some brochures that are a bit outdated, and a lot of technical manuals stacked up in the corner. Yavatmal is a quiet place compared to the big cities, but Waghapur Road stays busy enough. We get a lot of walk-ins who are just looking for advice or parts. I spend a lot of time on the phone too. It’s not a polished corporate environment at all. We have tea together in the afternoons and talk about the local harvest or whatever else is going on in town. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the ceiling fan makes a clicking noise, but it’s a good place to work. We don't make big promises. We just try to help the customers get their machines running again so they can get back to their own jobs.
