With Sodexho

We’ve been set up in Nimesh Housing Society for a while now. Being in Pimpri, it gets pretty busy around here, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading out. Our small team handles the Sodexho stuff that the local folks need help with. It’s not a fancy office at all, just a room where we keep our papers and a couple of desks. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. Most of our day is spent answering questions about food cards or vouchers. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit, which isn't great, but they usually understand. We know many of the faces in the society by now. It’s a good feeling to be part of a community instead of just working in a big, cold building. We don’t really have a big plan for the future. We just want to make sure the work gets done correctly today. If someone has a problem, we try to fix it without making it complicated. Some days are just filled with paperwork, and other days we get to chat with people. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We like the local vibe of Pimpri. Even when the traffic is bad, it still feels like home to us. We just keep our heads down and do what is needed to keep things running for the residents who live nearby.
