We are tucked away at 436 Raviwar Peth, right behind Hotel Yatrik and just across from the lane where the railway booking office is. If you know Pune, you know that Raviwar Peth is one of those places where the streets are so narrow you can barely fit a bike sometimes. Our coffee manufacturing setup is right in the middle of all that chaos. The building is old, and you can smell the roasted coffee beans from a block away, which is usually how people find us since our sign is a bit faded. It’s a noisy place with the roasters going and the bags of beans being dragged across the floor. We aren't a big fancy company with a lot of hierarchy. It’s mostly just us getting our hands dirty and making sure the machines don’t break down in the middle of a batch. Sometimes we have to wait hours for a delivery truck to navigate through the market traffic, which can be pretty annoying. We don’t have a website that’s updated or any fancy social media pages. Most of our customers are people who have been buying from us for years and just show up at the door. It’s a lot of hard work and the hours can be long, especially when we have a big order to get out. We just stick to what we know and try to keep things moving as best as we can in this busy corner of the city.
