We’re located out at Gat No 301 and 302 on the Bhandgaon Khor Road. It’s in Village Bhandgaon, which is part of Taluka Daund. It’s quite a way out from the main city areas, so it’s much quieter here, surrounded by fields and open space. We have a pretty large facility because the work we do involves some big machinery. Being in a village means we have a different pace of life compared to the urban centers. The road out here is long and sometimes it feels like we’re in the middle of nowhere, but we’ve got everything we need to keep things running. We spend our time managing the operations and looking after the equipment. It’s a lot of logistical work, getting things in and out of Daund. The weather out here can be quite harsh, really dry and hot most of the year. We don't have a flashy setup, just functional buildings that serve our purpose. A lot of the people who work here come from the nearby villages. It’s a steady environment where we just focus on the daily requirements. We aren't much for big corporate talk; we just have a job to do and we do it from this corner of Maharashtra. Most days are about checking the stock and making sure the facility is in good shape. It’s a long commute for some of us, but it’s a good place to work without the city's chaos.
