Universal is situated across a few plots, 325 through 328, right on the Pune-Satara Highway in Shivane. We are quite close to the Toll Naka, which means there is a constant stream of traffic passing by. It’s a big space because we need the room for everything we do here. We’ve been at this location for a good while, and it has served us well. The highway noise is something we just got used to over the years. We handle various tasks and storage, and there is always something being moved from one plot to another. It’s a bit of a dusty environment sometimes, especially with all the vehicles on the highway. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of people in suits. It is more of a boots-on-the-ground kind of place. Most of our staff are local people from Shivane or nearby areas. We just try to keep things organized and make sure our operations run smoothly. If you are driving towards Satara, you can’t really miss us near the toll gate. We don't do much in the way of promotion. The work we do speaks for itself, and we just keep at it day after day. It is a large property, so there is always maintenance to be done or something to fix. We just take it one day at a time and keep moving. It is a lot of space to manage, but we are used to the workload by now. That is our routine.
