If you head down Bhandgaon Khor Road to Gat No 301 and 302, you’ll find where we operate. It’s a pretty big area because the road-building machines we deal with are huge. We spend our days around pavers, rollers, and milling machines. It’s a lot of yellow paint and heavy iron. The facility has a lot of space for servicing the equipment and keeping spare parts in stock. Most of the people working here are technicians who spend their time covered in a bit of oil or dirt, which is just part of the life when you’re maintaining heavy machinery. It can get pretty hot out here during the summer, but the work doesn't stop. We have to make sure the machines are ready to go out to road projects all over the country. Sometimes the place is full of finished equipment waiting to be shipped, and other times it’s mostly empty because everything is out on a job site. We don't really do much in the way of fancy meetings. Usually, it’s just guys in the yard talking about engine specs or hydraulic systems. It’s a very straightforward, practical way of working. We just focus on the gear and making sure it runs properly for whoever needs it next. There is always plenty to do, and the days go by pretty fast when you are busy.
