Usha Trader

At Usha Trader, we operate out of Shreeram Classic Housing Society in Wadagaonsheri. It’s at number 13. Being in a residential society makes things a little different than a big commercial market. It’s quieter, mostly, until the delivery vans arrive. We spend a lot of our time sorting through stock and making sure the numbers match up. It started small and it’s still a pretty tight operation. We don't have a big storefront with neon signs. It’s more about the boxes piled up and the phone ringing with people asking about prices or when their stuff will arrive. Sometimes the hallways get a bit crowded when a new shipment comes in. We try to be quick so we don't bother the neighbors too much. The daily routine is basically checking emails, marking off lists, and packing things up for the day’s orders. It’s a lot of manual work, moving things around and making sure nothing gets lost. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Wadagaonsheri over the years. It’s a good area, though the parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We aren't doing anything flashy here, just moving goods and keeping the books straight. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks, but it’s what keeps the business going. We just take it one day at a time and handle whatever comes through the door.
