Nirmitee Construction

Our office is located at B- F- 9 in Sidhivinayak Vihar. If you know Handewadi Road in Hadapsar, you probably know how busy it gets around here. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to contractors on the phone. Construction is a messy business. There is almost always some sand or cement dust on our boots. We are not the type of people to sit in air conditioning all day. Most of the time, we are out checking on how the walls are coming up or seeing if the material arrived on time. Hadapsar has grown so much lately. We see new projects everywhere we turn. Our spot in Sidhivinayak Vihar is where we keep all our files and meet up before heading to different sites. It is a small space, mostly filled with folders and rolls of drawings. Sometimes the traffic on Handewadi Road makes us late for meetings, but that is just life in this part of town. We do not have a massive corporate structure. It is just us trying to make sure things get built properly. We deal with plumbers, electricians, and masons daily. It involves a lot of phone calls and standing out in the sun. Some days things go smooth, and other days the weather messes everything up. We just take it as it comes. It is a lot of hard work and staying on top of details. (246 words)
