Pune has grown a lot lately, but this area still feels a bit more grounded than the high-tech hubs like Hinjewadi. Our office isn't in a skyscraper; it’s part of a complex that has all sorts of small businesses and maybe some people living there too. It’s a bit of a mix. We work for Wipro Technologies Ltd from here, mostly doing the day-to-day tech stuff that keeps things running. The office is pretty simple—just desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of computers. We don’t have a big sign, so you have to look for the building name. The commute can be okay depending on the time of day, but Pune traffic is getting worse everywhere. We usually have some tea in the morning and get straight to the tasks. There isn't a lot of fluff here. We don't do big meetings with fancy slides; we just talk over the desks. Sometimes we go out to the local shops in Visharnthawadi for a break. It’s a decent place to work because it feels like a neighborhood. We know the people around the complex, and they know us. It’s not a polished corporate life, but it’s how we like to operate. We just stay focused on the work and head home when the job is finally done for the day.
