We are over at FLNO C-703 in Chourang Smit Shilp. It’s right there in Mahadeo Nagar, part of the Manjari area in Hadapsar. If you know Pune, you know how the traffic can get around here, but we like the spot. Our team spends most of the day at our desks dealing with different IT consulting tasks. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and looking at code. We started Windhorse It Consultancy Private Limited because we wanted to work on tech stuff closer to home. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space with some computers and chairs where we get things done. Some of us have been in the industry for years, and others are just starting out. We mostly help other companies figure out their software problems or set up systems that actually work. It’s not always exciting, honestly. There are days when we’re just staring at screens for eight hours straight trying to find a tiny error. But when things finally click, it feels good. We usually grab lunch at one of the small places nearby. There is a lot of building going on in this part of Pune lately, so the noise from construction is a bit of a constant background thing for us. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever tech work comes our way. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
