Welt Infotech Private Limited is based out of the Aatharva building, which is tucked away near Naik Farm in Kothawale Nagar. It’s a bit of a quiet area, right behind Yeshwant Park, which is nice when you need a minute of fresh air. We’ve got this spot at Pn33, and it’s basically where we handle everything. It isn't some glass skyscraper, just a regular place where we can get our work done without a lot of distractions from the main road. Sometimes the directions to find us are a bit confusing for delivery drivers, so we usually just tell them to look for the park landmark. Inside the office, it’s pretty simple. We have our desks set up and we just get into it every morning without much talk. The team is small, and we mostly just speak across the room instead of sending fancy emails to each other for every little thing. We deal with tech, so there’s always a lot of troubleshooting happening. It gets a bit cluttered with papers and computer parts sometimes, but that’s just how we work here. It’s a practical space. We don't really have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door just gets it. We like it this way, keep it simple and focus on the technical side of things. It's a bit of a walk from the street, but the quiet helps us concentrate.
