We operate out of a row house in Pune, specifically Row House No. 06 in Akshay Vilha. It is located at S.No. 43/1/1/2 in the Kharadi area, right near Balaji Hospital. Working in a row house is quite different from being in a big commercial complex. It feels much more personal and less like a factory. We have two floors, with a small staircase that everyone uses to go between the different workstations. Wegosys Softtech Private Limited has been based here for a few years now. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet during the day, except for the occasional ambulance heading to the hospital nearby. We have a small area out front where a couple of bikes are usually parked. Inside, the rooms are filled with desks and a lot of extension cords. We aren't big on interior design; we just care that the internet is working and the computers are running fast. There is a small pantry where we keep our lunch boxes and a fridge that is usually half-empty. We don't have a formal dress code, so you'll usually see us in whatever is comfortable for the weather. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using fancy language to describe what we do. We just come to this house every morning, work through our tasks, and try to do a decent job. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and the location in Kharadi is convenient for most of the team.
