We’re up on the 6th floor of City Vista in Kharadi. It’s in Building B, Office No. 3. Kharadi is full of these big glass buildings, but inside our office, it’s just a regular group of people working on software. We do web stuff and other digital projects. It’s a lot of clicking and typing. We don't have a chef or a gym like some of the big tech companies nearby. We mostly just bring our own lunch or go down to the local food stalls. The view from the 6th floor is okay, mostly just other buildings and traffic. We try to keep things simple at Webseal Software Llp. When a client needs something, we look at it and try to build it. Sometimes we get it right the first time, and sometimes it takes a few tries. That's just how software goes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Pune. We just want to do our work and keep the lights on. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so the AC is always running. We have a few posters on the wall that are peeling off at the corners. It’s a lived-in space. We spend a lot of time here, so it’s got that slightly messy look that comes from actual work being done. No corporate fluff, just us and our computers trying to figure things out day by day. We have been at this for a while and we plan to keep going.
