Our place is in Viva Sarovar, which is out on Jambhulwadi Road in Dattanagar. We are in Wing D, flat number 105. It is a bit of a residential setting, which we prefer over the crowded city centers. The area is growing quite a bit these days. We have got a simple setup here with our workstations and a lot of cables everywhere. We mostly focus on web scripts and general software stuff. It is not the kind of office you see in movies. There are no bean bags or ping pong tables. Just a few of us trying to get the code right. The road outside can get a bit dusty with the construction nearby, but inside it is quiet enough to concentrate. We like being in this part of Pune because it feels a bit more grounded. We usually start our day early and stay until the work is finished. There is not a lot of hierarchy here; we all just pitch in on whatever project is most urgent. Sometimes we have tea breaks on the small balcony to get some fresh air. It is a modest operation, but we take the work seriously. We do not have a marketing team or anyone to polish our image. We just rely on the fact that we show up and do the work. It is enough for us.
