We are set up on the Pashanbaner Link Road. It’s a busy spot with lots of people moving between Pashan and Baner every day. Webgurukul It Solutions is just our way of helping people understand IT stuff better. We have a few rooms with computers where we sit and work through problems. It’s not very glamorous. There is a lot of troubleshooting and looking at code for hours on end. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to take a break until it comes back. We don't wear suits or anything. Most of the time it’s just jeans and t-shirts. We have some plants in the corner, but we forget to water them sometimes. The traffic outside can get loud during rush hour, but we’re used to it by now. People come to us when they have a technical issue they can't figure out. We just sit down and try to find a solution that works. It’s about being practical. We don't use big words to sound smart. If something is broken, we tell you. If it’s an easy fix, we do that too. It’s just us here, working through the pile of tasks we get every week. The Link Road has some good tea stalls nearby which is where you will find us during our break. We’ve been doing this for a while and we know the area well. It’s just a normal workplace.
