We’ve been based out of Shalini Palace in Pune for a while now. It’s a decent spot right behind Patang Plaza Second, so it’s easy for folks to find us once they know the landmark. Being near Bharati Vidyapeeth means there is always a lot of energy in the Dhankawdi area, though the traffic can get a bit much during peak hours. Our office at D-9 isn’t anything fancy, just a regular workplace where we keep our heads down and get through the daily tasks. Most of us here have been together for some time, so there’s a quiet rhythm to how things get done. We spend a lot of time on our computers, which is the nature of the work at Webdex Solutions. Some days are quieter than others. When the monsoon hits, the view from the window gets pretty nice, even if the road outside gets a bit messy. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist greeting everyone who walks in because we are usually too busy finishing up whatever is on the screen. It’s a practical space. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the weekend plans while waiting for files to load. It feels like a normal local setup where everyone knows each other’s lunch habits. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we just do our jobs right here in this corner of Pune.
