We are located at Indrayani Dehugaon, specifically in B Wing, Flat 403. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens once in a while, but it's okay. Working out of an apartment like this feels different than a big office block. We have the rooms set up with desks and wiring everywhere. Dehugaon is a bit quieter than the center of Pune, which is nice when you need to focus on code or whatever else is on the list for the day. The building at Sr. No. 42/7 is easy enough to find once you know the landmark. Usually, the mornings start with opening all the windows to get some air in before the sun gets too high. We have our daily routine. Someone usually goes down to the local shop to get some snacks or something to drink in the afternoon when we need a break. It gets pretty busy around here during the festive times because of the local history and the temple nearby, so we have to plan our travel around that. It is just a few of us here most days. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby for people to wait in. You just come up to the fourth floor and knock on the door. We’ve been here for a while and the space works for what we need to do. It feels like a normal home turned into a workspace, which keeps things relaxed for everyone.
