We are located in Ichalkaranji, specifically in the Shastri Society in Jawahar Nagar. Most people know this town for its textile mills and factories, but we are doing something a bit different here at Webb India. Our office is in a residential neighborhood, so it feels more like a home than a workplace. We are on the ground floor, which makes it easy for us to move things in and out. It’s a low-key operation without any of the fancy stuff you might find in a big city firm. We have some desks, computers, and a lot of paperwork that needs organizing. Our day-to-day involves a lot of technical work and coordinating different tasks over the phone. We are a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. There isn't much hierarchy here; we just all pitch in to get the job done. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the neighbors are out, but generally, it’s a good place to focus. We have been here at number 21/2009 for a while now and have become part of the local scene. We don’t have any polished mission statements or marketing brochures. We just talk to people plainly and try to help them with whatever technical problems they have. It’s just honest work in a quiet corner of town, and that is exactly how we like to keep things.
