W.Design & Development Services

We are located at Plot No. 7/9-B in Chaitnya Park, which is pretty close to the Dr. D. Y. Patil College Road in Akurdi. W.Design & Development Services is a small operation, mostly just a handful of us working on various building and development projects. The office is right in a residential-feeling patch, so it’s not too loud during the day. We spend a lot of time on site or just sitting here working through the technical stuff. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or uniforms. We usually have the radio on in the background while we work on the latest development plans. Being near the college means there are always students walking around, which keeps the area feeling young and active. We deal with a lot of paperwork and drawings, and our desks are almost always covered in stuff. We’ve been in Akurdi for a bit and we like the community here. It’s straightforward work—we design things, we plan the development, and we try to make sure everything fits the rules. We don’t go for flashy stuff, just practical solutions that work for the people who live here. Sometimes the neighbors pop in for a quick chat, and we like that casual feel. We just focus on the job at hand and try to stay organized, even if the filing cabinets are overflowing a little bit.
