Our office is located in the Life Republic township in Marunji, which is out in the Mulshi area. We are in Sector R6, specifically in building B-2001. It’s a large residential area, so it’s actually quite a nice place to work from every day. We deal with admissions, which means our phones are usually ringing quite a bit. People are always trying to figure out how to get into the right colleges or courses, and that’s where we spend our time. We help sort out the paperwork and explain the different steps you have to take. It is a lot of staying on top of deadlines and making sure nothing gets missed. The office itself is pretty simple, just some desks and computers where we keep track of all the different applications. We don't have a big front desk or a lobby, it's more of a workspace where we get things done. Being in Marunji, we are a bit away from the main city center, but it works for us. We spend a lot of our day talking to parents and students who are stressed about the whole process. We try to keep them calm and just show them the next step. It’s practical work. We are just people who have been through the process and now we help others do it too. It’s a lot of lists and forms, but it feels good when it's done and a student gets in.
