We are tucked away in the Gururaj Housing Society, specifically C 2/3, near Satara Road in Bibvewadi. It’s a bit unusual for a business like ours to be in a housing society area, but it’s where we started and we just stayed. It’s a quiet corner compared to the main road. We do a lot of small-scale manufacturing and assembly here. The space is a bit tight, so we have to be very careful about where we put things. There’s a small garden outside the front door that my wife looks after, which is a nice break from the machines inside. We don't have any sales people. Usually, customers find us through word of mouth or they’ve been coming to us for twenty years. We mostly deal with local folks who need parts or small repairs. The light in the workshop is a bit dim in the afternoons, so we have to use extra lamps. We aren't looking to grow into a massive factory or anything. We like being able to walk to work and knowing all our customers by name. Sometimes we stop work early on Saturdays if the weather is nice. It’s a small business run by people who live right here in the neighborhood. We just keep things moving and try to do right by everyone. It’s a decent way to spend the day and we don't ask for much more than that.
