Be Engineering

We’ve been over here at Plot A 13 in the Midc Talegaon area for a while now. If you know where the GM Motor plant is, we are just right near there. It’s a heavy industrial spot, so there’s always some noise and trucks moving around the road. Inside our place, it’s mostly just us working on different engineering jobs that come through the door. Some days are busier than others. We have our tools and machines set up in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit crowded to someone just walking in. Engineering isn't always clean work, so there's usually some grease or metal scraps around the floor by the end of the shift. We just get on with whatever needs doing. Sometimes the weather gets really hot in Talegaon, and the shop floor feels it, but we keep the fans going and stay on task. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t have a fancy front office or anything like that. People usually just come by the gate and ask for us. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood and the other businesses nearby. Most of the guys here have been doing this for years, so we know our way around the equipment without having to think too much about it. It’s just what we do every day from morning until we lock up the gate in the evening.
