Ujwala Pharmaceuticals

Our shop is number 8 in Netaji Nagar, right near the Wanwadi area. Ujwala Pharmaceuticals is a small place, but we keep it well-stocked. It’s a neighborhood pharmacy where people come for their regular medicine or to ask a quick question about a prescription. We aren't part of some giant chain with thousands of outlets. It’s just a local shop where we know many of the faces who walk through the door. The shelves are packed with boxes, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what’s needed, but we get there in the end. It’s a steady kind of work. We see people when they aren't feeling their best, so we try to be quick and quiet. There’s no big fancy display or bright neon signs here. Just a counter, some racks, and us. Being in Netaji Nagar means we get a lot of elderly residents who have been coming to us for years. We’ve seen kids grow up and start coming in for their own families. It’s a responsibility we take seriously, even if we don't talk about it in a grand or poetic way. Sometimes the deliveries are late or the stock is hard to get from the suppliers, but we do our best to keep things running. It’s just a part of the daily rhythm here in the Wanwadi vicinity. We’re usually open late to make sure everyone in the neighborhood is covered when they need us.
