Vrundavan Caterers

We’ve been running Vrundavan Caterers from our spot in Karve Nagar for a while now. It's in the A Wing of Girija Shankar Vihar, which isn't hard to find if you know the area. Most days start early for us because there’s always a lot of chopping and prep work to do before any event. We handle all sorts of functions, mostly around Pune, and our team is just a bunch of regular people who know their way around a kitchen. It gets pretty hectic when multiple orders come in at once, but we manage. We don't really do big advertisements or anything fancy. People usually just hear about us from their neighbors or friends who’ve had our food at a wedding or a small house party. The kitchen stays busy from morning till late evening. We focus on getting the flavors right, the way you’d expect at home. Our staff has been with us for years, so we all know how to work together without tripping over each other. Sometimes the van gets stuck in Karve Nagar traffic, which is a bit of a headache, but we always try to get the food to the venue on time. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day near big stoves, but it’s what we do. We just keep things simple and honest here. There’s no big corporate office, just us in the kitchen making sure the containers are packed and ready to go for the next delivery. We've been here a long time and we like it.
