Vrs Mindcraft Technologies Private Limited operates out of Flat No. 506 in the E wing of Dwarka Flora Residency, which is at Sno. 161/1357 near Lotus Hospital in Pimple Saudagar. Since we are in a residential complex, it feels quite different from a standard office building. We’re up on the fifth floor, so we get a decent view of the area and a bit of a breeze if we leave the windows open. The space is basically an apartment that we’ve converted into our workspace. We have desks in the living area and some storage in the rooms. It makes for a very relaxed atmosphere. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable and we treat the kitchen like a normal home kitchen. We take turns making coffee or tea. Being near Lotus Hospital makes it easy to give directions to people coming to see us. Pimple Saudagar is a busy suburb, so there’s everything we need just a short walk away. Sometimes it’s a bit quiet in the office when everyone is deep into their work, and other times it’s quite noisy with everyone talking at once. We don't have any big corporate signs or a receptionist. If the doorbell rings, whoever is closest just gets up to answer it. It’s a simple way to work, and it suits the kind of technology tasks we handle every day.
