Anaghan Technologies Pvt Ltd is based in Chinchwad, specifically over at C Main in the 3rd Block, 1A. If you’ve been to this part of Chinchwad, you know it’s a mix of different businesses and shops. Our office is tucked away, and it’s not very big. We have just enough room for the team and a few extra chairs for when people visit. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so the fans are always going full blast. We work on various tech projects, mostly things that require us to sit and think for long periods. It isn't a high-pressure environment with people yelling into phones. We’re more of a quiet bunch. Sometimes we forget to take breaks because we get stuck on a problem. We don’t have a marketing team or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us in t-shirts working at our laptops. There’s a small shop nearby where we get our samosas when we’re hungry. The office feels like a second home for most of us because we spend so much time here. It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s ours. We just try to keep things running and the servers happy. It's a normal job for normal people. We don't have any grand statements to make. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get it right before we leave for the day.
