Our place, Innovative Solutions Pvt Ltd, is located at S.No. 12/1 in Adarsh Nagar. We are right across from Bishop's Highschool on Nagar Road in the Ramwadi area of Pune. Being near the school means it gets really crowded when the kids are getting out, so we usually try to time our lunch breaks around that. It is a decent spot to work from. We have been in this part of Pune for a bit and know the local shops pretty well. The office itself is practical. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of papers scattered around. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy reception desk. We usually just answer the door ourselves. The 411014 area is quite busy with all the traffic on Nagar Road, but inside it is mostly quiet enough to think. We focus on solving whatever problems come across our desks each day. It’s honest work and we like being part of this neighborhood. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we keep some backups ready. It is just the reality of running a small business here. We don't have a big corporate feel, just a group of people trying to do a good job in a space that fits what we need. It works for us and we just keep plugging away at the daily tasks and managing the paperwork.
