Vod Online Solutions Private Limited is based out of Daund, near Pune. Our office is actually in the quarters at Sharda Vihar, Flat No. 2, right near Shalimar Chowk and the forest area. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the middle of the city, which we actually prefer. We work on online stuff, mostly helping people get their digital presence sorted out or fixing technical errors on websites. It’s not very glamorous work. Most of our day is spent staring at monitors and drinking way too much tea. We aren't a massive company with a big board of directors. It’s just a few people who are good with computers and enjoy living in this part of Pune. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow out here, but we always manage to get the work done eventually. We don't have a formal mission statement or any of those corporate posters on the walls. We just have a list of things to do and we work through them until they are finished. Being near Shalimar Chowk is handy because we can go out and get snacks when we need a break from the screen. We like being a local business and we don't feel the need to sound bigger than we actually are. We just provide some help with online problems and try to be fair about it. It’s a simple setup but it works for us. Everyone here just focuses on getting the technical bits right without any extra fuss.
