V.M.Associates

We've been here at Plot No.20 in the Anand Nagar Vikas Society for a good while now. Malwadi is a busy part of Pune, and our office is right in the middle of it. It’s just a regular setup where we handle all the paperwork and planning that comes through the door. Most days start early with coffee and checking the site schedules. Being in Maharashtra, we deal with a lot of local projects, mostly around Pune. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get work done. We see a lot of people coming by from the neighborhood to ask about things. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside, but that’s just how Malwadi is. My desk is usually covered in drawings and files, and we try to keep things organized as much as possible. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. We don't really have a big corporate structure or anything like that. Just a bunch of people trying to do a decent job for whoever walks in. The address is easy to find if you know the Anand Nagar area. We've seen the society change quite a bit over the years. It’s a practical location for us since we can reach most parts of the city without too much trouble. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on what needs doing today. That’s pretty much how V.M.Associates runs on a daily basis. We aren't trying to be something we're not, just a local office.
