You’ll find us in Sector 1 at Sterling CHS in New Panvel, Navi Mumbai. This office is part of the larger Wns network, but it has its own vibe being out here in Panvel. The building is a typical cooperative housing society setup where the lower floors are for businesses. It’s a good location because it’s not as cramped as the main city, and there’s a bit more air. We do a lot of the back-office support work here, which means a lot of processing and checking data. The mornings are usually the busiest time when everyone is logging in and getting their tasks sorted for the day. We have a small break area where we can sit and have a snack, and you can usually find someone there talking about the cricket score or the weather. Panvel is a bit of a trek for some people, but those who live nearby enjoy the shorter commute. We have big windows that look out onto the street, so we can see the daily rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a very practical workplace without any unnecessary frills. We focus on getting through the queue of work and making sure we don’t make any silly mistakes. The desks are close together, so it’s easy to ask a colleague for help if you get stuck on a difficult file.
