Our office is in Flat 12 of the B Wing over at Yashodeep Appt. If you’ve ever been to Anand Nagar or driven down Suncity Road in Vadgaon Budruk, you know how busy the area gets during the day. It’s a pretty standard apartment setting that we turned into a workspace for Juncture Group Of Companies. We don't have any flashy signs or a big corporate lobby. Instead, there are just a few of us working at our desks, surrounded by stacks of files and the usual office clutter. The lift in the wing works most of the time, but we usually take the stairs anyway just to keep moving. Most days are spent on the phone or typing away at the computers while the traffic noise drifts up from the street below. We don’t really go in for big speeches about what we do. It’s mostly about making sure the daily tasks are finished and the paperwork is sorted out for the different parts of the company. In the afternoons, someone usually heads out to get tea for everyone, which is a nice break from the screen. The furniture is a bit old and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it feels like a real place where work actually happens. We just try to keep things simple and get through the week without too much drama or unnecessary fuss.
