We are over in Vadgaonsheri, right in Borana Building No 3. It's flat number four on the ground. Pune is always expanding, and this area has changed a lot since we first set up. The office isn't anything spectacular, just a bunch of desks and computers where we get the work done. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always going. Most of us take our lunch breaks together outside or at our desks if things are piled up. There is a lot of typing and phone calls throughout the day. You can hear the traffic from the main road if the windows are open. We've got a small kitchen area for making tea, which is where most of the gossip happens. Dealing with all the paperwork and digital files keeps us pretty occupied from morning until evening. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a five-minute break to stretch. It’s a standard office setup in a residential building, so we try to keep the noise down for the neighbors. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and know the local chai wallah pretty well. It’s just where we spend our forty hours a week. We don't have any corporate slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we're given and try to get home before the traffic gets really bad in the evening.
