We are over here at Prem Hans in Santnagar, which is part of the Lohegaon area in Pune. It’s a busy spot, especially with the airport being so close by. People always seem to be in a hurry around here. Wns Gs Pvt Ltd has been based in this building for a while now. The office is just a regular place where we get our work done every day. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets a bit much, but you get used to it after a few months of commuting. We have a small team and most of us live nearby or take the bus. Santnagar has grown a lot lately. There are more shops opening up and the tea stalls are always packed during the afternoon break. It isn't a fancy setup, just some desks, computers, and a lot of focus on what we need to finish by the end of the day. We don't really do the big corporate meetings with fancy slides. It’s more about sitting down and sorting through the tasks. Sometimes the internet acts up, or it gets a bit loud outside when there’s a festival, but that’s just how things go in Pune 47. We like being in this part of town because it feels real. You see the same faces every morning at the gate. It's just a regular workplace where everyone knows each other's names and we try to keep things moving along without too much fuss.
