Our office is in the Wondercity complex in Katraj, Pune. We are in Building E, at Flat 602. Being right near Katraj Dairy makes it very easy for visitors or new staff to find the area. It is a residential and commercial hybrid kind of place. Working from a flat gives the office a more relaxed, homey vibe compared to the sterile buildings you see in the big IT parks. We have a small team here working on various infotech projects. The view from the sixth floor is actually quite nice, especially in the evenings when you can see the lights of the city. We spend a lot of time on our laptops, often sitting together around a main table instead of being tucked away in separate cubicles. It makes it easier to talk through ideas or troubleshoot a bit of code together. We are not big on formalities or dress codes. Most of us just wear regular clothes to work. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea several times a day to keep us going. Katraj is a bit away from the main city center, which means it is slightly quieter and there is more of a local neighborhood feel. We have a good routine. We start our work, take a break for lunch, and then get back into it. It is just us doing our best with the technology skills we have.
