Vivek Kulkarni

My name is Vivek Kulkarni and I run my business out of 2 Manjari in the Baiganwadi area. It’s a modest setup, nothing like those big offices you see in the commercial hubs. I’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so I know the lanes and the people pretty well. My office is basically a room with a desk, some chairs for visitors, and my computer. It gets the job done. Baiganwadi is a crowded place, and there’s always something happening outside the door. I don't have a staff of twenty people or a fancy lobby. It’s mostly just me handling the daily tasks and making sure everything is in order. The walls are mostly bare except for a calendar and a few notes I’ve pinned up. I like the independence of working this way. It means I don't have to deal with a lot of corporate rules or long meetings. I start my day early, usually with a cup of coffee while I check my messages. The space isn't huge, so I have to be careful about not letting too much junk pile up. Sometimes it’s a bit noisy with the traffic and the neighbors, but I don't mind it. It feels like real life. I’ve stayed at this Manjari address because it’s where I’m comfortable and where people know to find me. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living and I plan to keep at it for the foreseeable future. It works for me.
