We work out of flat 904 in building B 14 of the Mangal Bhairav complex. This is in the 411041 zip code area of Pune. It’s a residential complex, so it’s pretty calm here. We turned this flat into our workspace. It’s got a good view from the ninth floor. We handle infotech services for our clients from here. There are no cubicles, just a few long tables and some comfortable chairs. We don't have a big sign on the main gate. You just have to know which building to come to. We like the quiet environment because it helps us concentrate on the code and data. The kitchen area is where we usually hang out during lunch. It feels more like a home than a stiff office. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just a local team. We've been here for a bit now and have grown fond of the community. Most of our neighbors are families. We try to keep the noise down and just do our thing. It's a practical way to run a tech business without the high costs of a downtown office. We don't have fancy mission statements or marketing brochures. We just do the work and try to keep our clients happy. Sometimes the elevator takes forever, but we don't mind the wait. It’s just part of being here in Mangal Bhairav.
